jmarchitects attend UK Living Conference 2026
jma Directors Andy Rogers and Philip Ives attended the UK Living Conference at The Oval in London last week, taking the opportunity to enjoy views across the historical cricket venue.
The UK Living conference is the largest property sector conference focussed on BTR, affordable housing, student living, later living and co-living sectors. Over 500 delegates gathered to discuss issues currently affecting residential development and investment.
For jmarchitects this was an important opportunity to connect with developers, investors, housing associations and operators across the sectors.
Directors Andy Rodgers (Manchester) and Philip Ives (London) had the opportunity to strengthen the practices understanding of the current market, and future opportunities, and to bring jma’s impressive portfolio of project to wider attention in the industry.
After the conference Philip Ives said: “It is encouraging to see that, on balance, there is greater confidence in the marketplace. Let's hope the recent announcement on Homes England delivery partners, and the impending GLA funding announcement will bolster confidence and assist in the recovery of the house building in the capital and other locations where the schemes are currently unviable. “
