jmarchitects take home a win at the BCO Awards!

Boho X represents a huge milestone in the regeneration of this part of Middlesbrough! It delivers over 60,000 sqft of office space, the contemporary design and quality of space were just some of the reasons why a local business chose to fully let the building over other city locations, retaining valuable employment in the area.

The project was announced as the winner in the Innovation Category at the BCO North awards on Thursday evening at the ceremony in Manchester! Members of the design and construction team were there to celebrate, along with representatives from Middlesbrough Council and the building tenant! A very exciting time for us all!
