The refurbishment is transforming the existing building into a contemporary, high-quality workspace, while carefully working with the building’s existing fabric and character. One of the most exciting additions to the project is the new roof terrace at the top level, creating a shared amenity space for building users and offering a fantastic new place to take a break, meet an enjoy views across Manchester.
A huge amount of coordination and design development has gone into getting the project to this stage, so it’s exciting to see that work now taking shape on site.
We’re looking forward to watching the project continue to progress over the coming months.
