At a prestigious awards ceremony, Worship Square won GRI Club Europe award for the Decarbonisation Project of the Year. Congratulations to everyone who contributed to this outstanding building.
  • Fully net-zero project in both construction and operation.
  • Targeting BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Platinum and WiredScore Platinum.
  • Achieved EPC Rating A, SmartScore Platinum and WiredScore Platinum.
  • Targeting <450 kgCO₂e/m² upfront carbon, significantly lowering embodied CO₂ by <50% compared to the LETI baseline.
  • Fully electric with high-efficiency air-source heat pumps, smart energy management and onsite photovoltaic cells.
  • Circular economy including features such as our in-house wormery and 3,200 NASA-approved air purifying plants.
  • Winner of Best Community Project at BPIC Awards 2022.
