Basement Lined and above groundwork commencing at Earlsfield Road

Aboveground work is underway, and we excitedly wait for the building to start taking shape.

Getting out of the ground has been a challenge on this project. As a brownfield site, the existing basements and remnants of structures from buildings demolished around 20 years ago created unforeseen difficulties during the early stages.

The site team has done well to reach this point and can now focus on the aboveground works as the building begins to take shape. The site is very constrained, but once the ground floor beam and block are installed, there will be a little more room to move and store materials, making progress on site easier.
