Our new FD has stepped effortlessly into the big shoes left behind but still took a few minutes to chat. We asked Maria a few questions to get to know her better and here’s what she had to say…
What do you like to do outside of work?
“I like to spend time with my husband and children (Aged 19 &16). If I am not on holiday I love to plan holidays. My favourite holiday destinations have been Rhodes, Oslo & Singapore. I also enjoy following fashion trends and interior design.”
Who’s your favourite band?
“The Killers and Taylor Swift. I have seen both in concert and they were amazing. I had a wonderful experience sharing the Taylor Swift concert with my daughter Emma, it was definitely one for the memory bank. I am off to see Oasis on Friday with my son Jude, not quite Taylor Swift!”
Who’s someone you’d like to meet?
“Graham Norton or Chris Evans (Virgin DJ) - I would be so disappointed if they weren't as lovely as their showbiz persona.”
