Introducing our newest team member, Maren Mowatt!

Maren Mowatt has joined jmarchitects as a Part I Architectural Assistant. We are excited to have her on board!

A burgeoning addition from Robert Gordon University, Maren injects our team with energy and a fresh perspective.

Maren’s time at jmarchitects will allow her to obtain valuable practical knowledge, gaining a variety of experiences in an encouraging, nurturing, and expert team. Within this stimulating environment, there will be ample opportunities for Maren to utilise and enhance her design and communication skills.

We asked Maren a few questions to get to know her better and this is what she said…

Where did you study and why did you choose that place?

“I studied at Robert Gordon University, my academy had school links with RGU, and I did an architecture ACES programme with RGU and really enjoyed the campus and seeing the exposure the students got through 5710.”

Why did you choose a career in the construction industry?

“I love designing and was always intrigued by how things worked.”

Tell us two interesting facts about yourself…

“I can drink a can of coke in 6 seconds & I took part in the 2023 Tall Ships Race.”
