Why did you choose a career in the construction industry?

“I had an interest both in art and sciences, so was a good fit – I also felt it would be a great career to be able to have an impact on the built environment.”

 Favourite holiday destination?

“I recently took my Grandmother to the Isles of Scilly (where she has always talked about going) – which was really special to do.”

 Best advice you received?

“Stick in ‘til you stick out.”
