Trinity Gateway plans are revealed

jmarchitects' Trinity Gateway, the £45 million mixed-use development, including residential tower is situated adjacent to Bolton's transport network. Plans were revealed for the 20 storey tower, which includes 150 one and two-bed apartments, developed by a consortium led by Midia.

The proposals have been welcomed by Bolton Council and the mixed use scheme, proposing to also deliver 30,000 sq.ft of office space, hopes to change Bolton town centre and regenerate the area.

A spokesperson for the the consortium said: "This is a landmark mixed-use project of the highest quality and design, which will be the first in a series of transformational schemes for Bolton, reflecting the council's ambitions to regenerate the town centre".
