The trusty orange PPE bags travelled by train, tube and bus to get to site. The scheme incorporates 41 Extra Care Flats designed to meet the changing needs of older people and 52 intermediate tenure flats comprising of shared ownership and London Living Rent. The scheme centres around a main access point with 3 residential pavilions. The access route promotes self-surveillance, activity and interest, ensuring that the diverse community of elderly residents, families and working age residents interact. The landscaping proposals will contribute to the intended place-making.
