We are pleased to announce that the refurbishment works have commenced at The Cube.
This sustainable focused refurbishment project aims to significantly reduce the building energy consumption and enhance the wellbeing of its tenants has commenced. Aiming to achieve BREEAM ‘Excellent’, ActiveScore ‘Platinum’ and NABERS 5-star, all resulting in uplifting the original office building and best in class solution.
The overall interior design has been progressed to create a high-end look and feel that incorporates sustainable and innovative products throughout. Inspiration taken from the existing exterior materials, timber features and biophilic design. Incorporating all these elements will create a dramatic transformation.
