Completion and Handover for Sydney Street, Livingston!

We’re pleased announce the completion of our Sydney Street project in Livingston, delivered for our client, Cruden and Curb Housing Association.

Construction commenced in Autumn 2023 at the land off Sydney Street. The site consists of 49 designed apartments spread over three residential blocks, with two Northern blocks containing 12 apartments each, and a Southern block consisting of 25 apartments. The three blocks offer a mix of one- and two-bedroom homes as well as providing accessible units in the Southern block.

Sydney Street is our first project in partnership with Cruden Homes Limited, and this represents an important milestone in our collaborative work. This partnership has already proven to be constructive and forward-thinking, and we look forward to the opportunities and future projects this will bring. The development contributes positively to the surrounding community, introducing a modern and practical design to the Livingston area, that makes effective use of previously underused land.

Sydney Street establishes a contemporary presence within its naturally steep landscape, with flat-roofed blocks and integrated solar panels that create a distinctive visual profile while supporting a more sustainable urban future. The development’s combination of modern brickwork and clean render finishes further enhances its refined architectural character within Livingston.
