First homes handed over at our social housing development at St Andrew’s Drive Phases 2 & 3

We are delighted to announce that the first two residential blocks within our St Andrew’s Drive Phases 2 & 3 development have been handed over to our Client Southside Housing Association and tenants are moving into their new homes.

When completed the project will provide 120 much needed affordable homes, with 91 allocated for social rent and 29 provided as part of the Scottish Government’s New Supply Shared Equity (NSSE). A range of flats and maisonettes will provide homes for individuals, couples, and families.

The completed development will present a contemporary example of urban living set within a mature landscape setting that will provide shared private and public garden spaces, children’s natural play spaces, rain gardens, wildflower zones and extensive new tree planting designed to enhance the green environment, biodiversity, and the well-being of the new residents and the surrounding neighbourhood. Homes are further enhanced by private terraces, recessed balconies, and large windows with juliette balconies which create bright and open living spaces for the enjoyment of future residents.
