Scottish Home Awards - Baltic Mill Selected as a Finalist

Baltic Mill is the second jmarchitects’ project shortlisted at the Scottish Home Awards!

Baltic Mill, nominated in the Renovation of the Year category, is a category A-listed building built in 1851. It was initially category B-listed in 1971, and in 2003 was upgraded to a building of national importance.

jmarchitects were appointed by the developer Cullross, in partnership with Hillcrest Housing Association (HHA) to design and deliver this sensitive conversion of a listed building near the centre of Arbroath to provide 24 high quality flats with associated parking, green space, integrated bicycle and refuse storage facilities and improved landscaping.
