Completion and handover at Raglan Street!

We are delighted to announce the successful completion of our residential project in Dundee, which was completed just before the end of 2023 for Cullross Limited and Hillcrest Housing Association.

Situated on the corner of Kemback Street and Raglan Street; this multi-unit residential building offers a harmonious blend of accessibility, sustainability, and aesthetic appeal.

Rising over four stories, Raglan Street comprises a total of sixteen one- and two-bedroom apartments, thoughtfully designed to cater to a diverse array of requirements. In strict accordance with the Dundee City Council Design Guide Standard and Housing for Varying Needs guidelines, the development showcases an inclusive design that includes two wheelchair-accessible units.

The development offers private balconies for each unit, as well as on-site parking complete with two dedicated accessible spaces. Secure cycle storage is provided, and the building is equipped with exhaust air source heat pumps and photovoltaic panels on the roof, effectively minimizing carbon emissions.

Architecturally, Raglan Street achieves a cohesive aesthetic through its material integration that blends seamlessly with the surrounding neighbourhood. This development effectively balances form and function, providing a residential setting that caters to both diverse needs and the environment.
