Happy Pride Month 2026!

This month and every June we celebrate the LGBTQ+ community, and as a company recognise the importance of creating a working environment and an industry where everyone feels seen, valued, respected and free to be their authentic selves.

At jmarchitects, we strive to create an inclusive workplace where diversity is embraced and everyone has the opportunity to flourish. Pride is a time to celebrate progress on equality – but increasingly so in a turbulent world, a time to focus on the work still to be done in our industry and around the world. We are proud of the diversity within our organisation and will continue to champion the many voices, experiences and perspective that make our communities stronger.
