Residential BTR Completion for PLATFORM_ in Edinburgh
The finish line has been reached! The jmarchitects designed and delivered Residential BTR for our client PLATFORM_ has been completed in Bonnington, Edinburgh.
We are delighted to announce the completion of PLATFORM_ in Edinburgh. The large residential BTR project in the Bonnington area of Edinburgh.
The project delivers 464 apartments across three buildings in a mix of studios, one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedrooms: with areas of communal amenity such as co-working space, a resident’s lounge, concierge and reception, gym and yoga spaces, a café, a variety of external communal spaces at ground level, as well as landscaped roof terraces across the development.
It has been a pleasure work as part of the team to design and deliver the project which is a fantastic development for the Bonnington. The proposal provides an inspiring regeneration to the area and brings a modern intervention to a historic context.
Dedicated team members facilitate the sensitive design and smooth delivery of successful projects. A collaborative approach through the process exceeding a five-year period has created a successful outcome for all involved.
