Planning consent has been granted for the extension, re-imaging and total refurbishment of 23809 sq ft of Grade A offices at 19-22 The Quadrant Richmond for Kier Property.

As part of the proposed works a new office entrance is being created off Little Green via a landscaped forecourt which will link directly to new storage and changing for cyclists. The refurbished building has been designed to achieve an Excellent BREEAM rating.
