jmarchitects are pleased to announce that the Earlsfield Road project for Southern Housing was granted Planning Permission by LB Wandsworth on Tuesday 20 June. The residential scheme consists of seven 1- and 2-bedroom flats in a four-storey corner block at the corner of Earlsfield Road and Algarve Road in Wandsworth.
The Planning Committee specifically noted the exemplary standards of Energy Performance specified for the build – achieving an EPC-A rating and a 92.5% regulated CO2 savings over Part L 2021. Driving down running costs for occupants.
The corner development is intended to sensitively compliment the local urban fabric, responding to the neighbouring buildings, surrounding roads and boundary conditions, positively contributing to the character of this residential area. The new homes are all intended as Shared Ownership.
