On the last day of 2024, jmarchitects are proud to announce that Middlewood Locks, Phase 3 has reached Practical Completion and has now handed over to the client!
Railings, the official name for Phase 3 of the Middlewood Locks masterplan, represents the pinnacle of thoughtful design and meticulous planning. The ambitious development will introduce 189 modern apartments and duplexes across two elegant blocks of 10 and 12 storeys, complemented by a first for the masterplan: 7 stunning three- and four-bedroom family townhouses. With both style and functionality in mind, it comes with podium-level shared amenity spaces and private gardens that provide balance for residents between community and privacy.
This is the success of a near three-year project that started at the beginning of 2022 and shows the great quality and commitment of the design team who brought expertise, creativity, and a commitment to excellence, fostering an environment of partnership and shared vision.
