jmarchitects Mental Health First Aider team expands!
We are thrilled to announce our growing team of qualified Mental Health First Aiders at jmarchitects!

This fantastic achievement is timely as we enter Mental Health Awareness Week this week.
Supported by @MHScot Workplace Wellbeing, our team navigated their way through formal training covering many aspects of mental health including stigma, stress, mental health conditions, self-harm, suicide, drugs and alcohol, first aid for mental health and mental health in the workplace.
We now have 11 qualified Mental Health First Aiders (MHFAs) across the practice who are striving to promote positive mental health practices, tackle associated stigma, and create a workplace where everyone’s mental health matters. They also provide confidential support and guidance to any colleagues who may be experiencing mental wellbeing difficulties - whether this is work related or not. Our MHFAs can also signpost to alternative services for additional support in achieving better mental health if required.
Congratulations to our qualified MHFAs who have demonstrated incredible effort towards a meaningful cause.
