Thursday morning was extra sweet at jmarchitects as our teams from all corners of the country came together for the annual Macmillan Coffee Morning! It was heartwarming to see everyone step away from their desks to swap stories, share a laugh (or two), and indulge in some seriously delicious cakes and bakes – all while supporting a truly wonderful cause!
This year’s theme was ‘Jungle/Safari’, and things got deliciously creative with a friendly cake competition! We were wowed by some incredible showstoppers – from Marwa’s bear chocolate cake to Rhea’s zebra brownies, and Elliot’s lion banoffee pie! Bake-off level brilliance!
In first place, our cake champion is… Anthoula Kyriakidi in our Manchester office with her Toucookie!
Taking a step back, we reflected on the real reason behind all the cake and fun – supporting a cause that means so much to so many. The love and support for Macmillan shone through in every conversation, every donation, and every bake. Their work changes lives, offering strength and support when it’s needed most. Let’s continue to stand with them and make a difference.
A huge shoutout to everyone at jmarchitects who baked, donated and participated in this event and helped us raise a bit of cash for a wonderful cause. It was a morning to remember!
