Today marks an exciting milestone for jmarchitects as we proudly announce the addition of Katie Allan to our esteemed team. With a wealth of experience and a passion for innovative design, Katie joins us in a new position as an Architect, bringing fresh perspectives and a commitment to excellence.

As we celebrate Katie’s arrival at jmarchitects, we anticipate an exciting chapter filled with groundbreaking designs, collaborative achievements, and continued excellence in architectural innovation. We look forward to the incredible projects that will result from this dynamic collaboration.

We asked Katie a few questions to get to know her better and this is what she said…

Why did you choose a career in the construction industry?

“I played a lot of the Sims and watched a lot of Grand Designs as a child, so had no choice but to.”

 Who has been most influential on your work or work style?

“Norman Foster, Bauhaus and any of the modernists.”

 Which three people dead or alive would be your ideal dinner guests?

“Will Smith, JG Ballard and Julius Caesar.”
