Based in Edinburgh, you’ll be at the heart of our bid process - shaping, managing, and delivering high‑quality submissions that reflect the ambition and creativity of our practice. Working closely with teams across the practice (often to tight deadlines), you’ll play a crucial role in securing exciting new opportunities.

In this fast‑paced, varied role, you will guide the structure and content bids, carry out market research, and analyse our performance to help us continually improve. You’ll support award submissions, manage tender portals, and craft compelling communications for both internal and external audiences. You will also take the lead in elevating our social media presence - helping us showcase our work, values, and design identity.
