We are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Bid and Communications Coordinator to join our team.

In this pivotal role, you will manage and coordinate all documents for bid submissions, ensuring they meet our exacting standards. Based in Edinburgh, and working closely across the practice - often to tight deadlines - you will play a key role in securing new opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include guiding the format and content of submissions, conducting market research, and analysing bid success rates. You will also contribute to award submissions, manage tender portals, and help create compelling communications for internal and external audiences.
