Great progress is being made on site with the erection of the steel for the school!
The sun was shining on our visit making the site look even more fantastic! It has been prepared, drainage is in, and the majority of the steel is up.
It was also wonderful to see electric car charging points on the temporary site car parking, we are proud to be working with such considerate contractors, Robertson.
Hawthorns SEND School is a new build single story SEND Primary School with additional Early Years' Provision for children in the age bracket between 4-11 years. The school is designed for children with complex social communication needs, including children with severe autism and children with significant emotional dysregulation. This will be a wonderful new facility in a gorgeous setting.
This cohort of pupils is quite lucky, benefitting from such a large site, with plenty of green space and wonderful views. Looking forward to following the fast progress on site.
