Hawthorns SEND basking in the sunshine!

We are so proud to have had the recently completed Hawthorns SEND school photographed whilst now fully occupied and in use. With pupils and teachers alike enjoying and making best use of the facilities we have created with careful consideration and care! It was truly heartwarming to see how the school is being used and enjoyed. Every space has taken a life of its own!

Hawthorns SEND School is a new build single story SEND Primary School with additional Early Years' Provision for 220 children in the age bracket of 4 - 11 years. The school is designed for children with complex social communication needs, including children with severe autism and children with significant emotional dysregulation.

The school has been delivered in compliance with the Manchester Low Carbon Build Standard and achieves BREEAM Excellent.

This is a new state-of-the-art facility in a beautiful setting, and we are delighted to have been a part of it!
