Handover for PLATFORM_ in Edinburgh

We are thrilled to announce the completion of the Build-to-Rent (BTR) residential project, designed by jmarchitects, in Bonnington, Edinburgh, on behalf of PLATFORM_ and Heimstaden Bostad. After more than five years of dedication, hard work, and collaboration, we are proud to see the first phase has been successfully handed over.

PLATFORM_ in Edinburgh is a landmark for Edinburgh as the only new BTR to launch in the city this year, providing further sensitive regeneration to the Bonnington area. Projects of this size and complexity can’t be achieved successfully without the dedication of the jmarchitects team and collaboration with our main contractor, GRAHAM and their subcontractors, as well as our design team partners, clients and funders.

We are delighted to be working as part of the team to assist the ongoing construction process and look forward to completing the final piece of the project which is a fantastic development for the Bonnington area.
