jmarchitects are delighted to have commenced our input for the delivery of works on Phase 3 of Middlewood Locks, with enabling works currently underway on site. Having successfully completed delivery on Phase 2 in 2021, this next phase will deliver 189 residential units across three plots as well as commercial space together with landscaped public realm.
