Elliot Makes Shortlist for New Talent Award in 2024 AJ100 Awards!

jmarchitects’ own Elliot Downs has been shortlisted in the New Talent Award – Part 2 Architectural Assistant category in the 2024 AJ100 Awards! In 2018, Elliot became a part of jmarchitects' Edinburgh studio, following the completion of his studies at the Mackintosh School of Architecture. Over the course of his five and a half years with the firm, Elliot has played a pivotal role in numerous bids and competitions, catering to diverse clients across various sectors. His serene, mature, and collaborative demeanour, coupled with outstanding communication skills, fosters an excellent working relationship with his colleagues and the external consultants he collaborates with. As an exceptional and reliable all-rounder, Elliot exhibits comfort and proficiency at every project stage - from its inception and conceptualisation to presenting and engaging with clients, as well as developing technical information and overseeing on-site project delivery, collaborating seamlessly with contractors.
