jmarchitects wins place on the Eastern Procurement Development Consultancy Services Framework!
We are excited to announce that we have been successful in our bid for a place as one of the Architectural Consultants on the new Eastern Procurement Development Consultancy Framework.
We are delighted to have won a place on the Eastern Procurement Framework; our bid having been successful in terms of both quality and value. We are looking forward to being part of the framework, which will run for four years from now until 2029 and allows for call off contracts by both direct selection and mini- competition.
The framework is owned and operated by a small group of Social Landlords, each of which are Housing Associations or Local Authorities based in the East of England. It provides for development services that will be predominantly undertaken for local authorities, housing providers and public sector organisations mainly across Eastern Procurements core geographical area covering the East of England. The Architectural Consultancy provides core services aligned to the RIBA Plan of Work 2020, covering stages 1 to 5.
