Piling for Earlsfield Road completed!

Works on the residential scheme on Earlsfield Road are progressing quickly with piling and capping beams completed. Preparation for the basement walls and waterproofing is underway.

The Earlsfield Road project is located on a brownfield site that presented significant challenges due to the presence of large steel and concrete remnants from previously demolished basements and structures. These buried materials had to be fully excavated and removed before piling could begin. The completion of the piling marks a major milestone in the project, and we look forward to sharing more updates with you as we progress.
