The Church Wharf proposal will transform the brownfield site, utilising the River Croal as a key feature flowing through the heart of the Church Wharf landscape proposal providing a unique setting characterised by sympathetic public realm running through the development with a mix of over 400 homes, hotel, cafes, bar/restaurants, commercial spaces and other leisure uses for the benefit of the wider community.
