The City Architecture Forum comes to Worship Square

We were delighted to be part of the HB Reavis project team, that welcomed the City Architecture Forum to Worship Square and were very proud to show them around the building.

The tour included HB Reavis' HubHub co-working space, the Events Space and the landscaped roof terrace, from where the night-time panorama of the City provided a spectacular backdrop. However, due to the success of the building, the main office floors were unavailable as they are being fitted out by tenants Wise and Frontier Economics, ready for when they move in at the start of the New Year.

The tour began with a presentation from the building’s design architects, Make, Structural Engineers, HTS and HB Reavis' Development Manager, Ryan Jakes who was able to provide data on the building’s outstandingly low carbon usage.

The tour concluded with an entertaining discussion chaired by Lee Mallett of Urbik which benefitted massively from the insight provided by the CAF's Deputy Chairman and former Chair of the City of London Property Investment Board, Michael Cassidy, looking at how Worship Square has successfully linked the financial district of the City, to the south, with the Tech Quarter around Old Street to the north.
