Bonnington Road Lane Tops out…

jmarchitects were honoured to be invited to attend the topping out celebration at Bonnington Road Lane.

Our Director Rod Duncan and Project Director Cian Phelan were delighted to join the funder / client partnership of Heimstaden and Platform, the contractor GRAHAM as well as Axiom and Thomas & Adamson to celebrate a significant moment in the project. Both Rod and Cian have been working on the project since its inception in the summer of 2019 along with the wider team so there is a great satisfaction to see the project reach this point after so much effort from all involved. 

This event marked a significant milestone in the development and as we move into the final phases of the construction, we are looking forward to seeing the final completion in the summer of next year. The project will deliver high-quality rental homes and provide a further significant step in the regeneration of Bonnington.

We are delighted to be working as part of the team to assist the ongoing construction process and look forward to completing a fantastic development for the Bonnington area.
