PLATFORM_ in Edinburgh – Large Housing Development Category
Comprising 464 apartments with shared amenity spaces in Bonnington. The scheme demonstrates how brick can be deployed at scale while maintaining character, rhythm and a strong connection to its urban setting.
St Andrews Drive Phases 2 & 3 – Large Housing Development Category
A landscape-led development of 120 high-quality new homes in Pollokshields, Glasgow. The project showcases thoughtful use of brick to create a cohesive residential environment rooted in context and community.
Wallyford Learning Campus - Sustainability
A modern educational hub for 950 students in East Lothian. Here, brick is used to balance durability, identity and warmth, supporting the design of a civic building with long-term community value.
