Bolt Works Progressing Well!

We are delighted to see the excellent development of Bolt Works, delivering 122 new homes in the heart of Halifax!

Caddick Construction have made fantastic progress during the summer, in particular with the brickwork package, and with the installation of the kitchens and bathrooms well underway it’s great to see the building really taking shape.

When completed in Q2 2025, the development for Placefirst built on the site of a former multi storey carpark, will provide 122 new one and two-bedroom BTR apartments in Halifax with bike storage and electric car charging points. The brownfield site offers a prime central location in close proximity to areas of employment and transport hubs, creating an attractive destination for people seeking vibrant Town Centre living.
