Bolt Works in Halifax Completes!

jmarchitects are happy to announce completion of our 122-apartment scheme in Halifax for Placefirst; exceptionally delivered by Caddick Construction!

The scheme has been built on the site of a former multi storey carpark and will provide 122 new one and two-bedroom BTR apartments in Halifax with bike storage and electric car charging points. The brownfield site is a prime central location in close proximity to areas of employment and transport hubs, creating an attractive destination for people seeking vibrant Town Centre living.

Externally the building utilises a high-quality buff brick, complemented with wet cast stone expressing a contemporary architectural language inspired from the local historical context and surrounding materiality of Cow Green. The fenestration detailing highlights a familiar style and rhythm identifiable in adjacent buildings enhancing the legibility of the street scene and providing a high-quality addition to Halifax Town Centre.
