Aviary shortlisted for the 2025 Mix Awards North!

We are thrilled to share that another one of our completed projects, Aviary, has been nominated for this year’s Mix Awards North – Project of the Year - Workplace Interiors - over 70,000 sq ft

The project Aviary is a full refurbishment of an existing commercial office building in the centre of Manchester, jmarchitects have been commissioned for the full redevelopment of the space; including, welfare facilities, a new roof terrace and rejuvenated reception and landscaped entrance with the building achieving operational net zero carbon. The concept for the interior design was based on a strong design narrative using the history and context of the existing building, the interior design will be inherently linked to the space creating an interior scheme based on the past present and future of the space.
