Aviary – Coming Autumn 2024

We are excited to debut our latest Interior Design lead refurbishment of Aviary, Booth Street, Manchester City Centre!

This sustainability focused refurbishment, for M&G and Ask Real Estate is setting the precedent for repurposing and uplifting existing office buildings within the city centre of Manchester. The 20-year-old building has a striking and unique architectural style that is celebrated and enhanced throughout the design. This building is set to be a prestigious addition to Manchester’s commercial market with enhanced wellbeing amenities, which include a business lounge, yoga studio, gym, cycle hub and shower facilities and a communal roof terrace with pavilion overlooking Manchester Town Hall.

The comprehensive refurbishment aims to achieve NABERS 5 star and BREEAM Excellent among other accreditations and technological integrations to improve the occupier experience as well as monitoring and improving the efficiency of the building.

The specifications include a wide range of sustainable and innovative products that create a high-end look and feel with as little impact to the planet and resources as possible.
