Planning Approval Granted Ahead of Schedule for Peterhead Community Campus!

We are delighted to announce that planning approval has officially been granted ahead of schedule for the new Peterhead Community Campus, with works due to commence this spring, marking a major milestone in the delivery of this transformational community project.

The Peterhead Community Campus has reached an important stage, with full planning approval now secured ahead of programme for this landmark development that will provide a modern, inclusive and future-focused hub for learning, health and community services in Peterhead. This milestone was supported by the planning authority’s proactive, constructive and efficient approach, with early engagement and a timely determination playing a key role in achieving approval ahead of schedule. With construction scheduled to begin next spring, the project is progressing confidently from vision to delivery.

Designed to bring together education, wellbeing and community facilities under one roof, the campus will create a welcoming and accessible environment that supports people of all ages. The proposals focus on flexibility, sustainability and long-term value, ensuring the campus can adapt to the evolving needs of the local community while enhancing the surrounding area.
