Major Milestones Reached at Fettlers, Wigan!

The Fettlers development in Wigan is moving forward at an incredible pace! With each new milestone, the vision is becoming a reality, and we're delighted to bring you the latest update on the project's progress.

The scaffolding has now been taken down from the Market Place entrance to the Market Hall, revealing the stunning prismatic brickwork. It's a fantastic glimpse of the building's character within its' heritage context and we look forward to seeing the complementary stone cladding installed beneath over the coming weeks.

Significant progress is also being made on the Hotel. The SFS has now been installed up to Level 04, with the sheathing board close behind. Internally, stud partition installation begins this week, marking another exciting stage as spaces start to emerge from the concrete frame. This will pave the way for further internal trades to commence, bringing the building one step closer to completion.

With momentum building across every part of the development, there's plenty more to come. Stay tuned for further updates over the coming weeks as work continues to transform the Fettlers development.
