Encouraging Open Conversations at Women in Property’s Menopause Lunch & Learn
Our Edinburgh studio welcomed members of Women in Property Central Scotland on 7 October for an insightful Menopause Lunch & Learn, where Morna Ronnie of The People Portfolio shared practical advice on creating supportive and inclusive workplace cultures.
The session provided a valuable opportunity to raise awareness, share insights and encourage open conversations around menopause, workplace support and the importance of creating more understanding and inclusive working environments.
Alongside the learning session, the event brought together professionals from across the property and construction industries for an afternoon of networking, connection and shared experiences.
A big thank you to Morna for sharing her knowledge and expertise, and to Women in Property for organising such an important and engaging event.
We were proud to host and sponsor this event, helping to raise awareness on a topic that deserves greater recognition across our industry.
“A fantastic menopause awareness session today, led by Morna. I loved the openness of the discussion and the opportunity to connect with other women and share experiences. Conversations like these are so important in helping to break down stigma and build understanding of a topic that has too often been overlooked in the workplace” – Maria Crawford, Finance Director, jmarchitects
