This #WorldSuicidePreventionDay we’re sharing The Samaritans vital message that it’s ok to ask about suicidal thoughts if you’re worried about someone. It could save a life.

This is a particularly pertinent issue within the construction industry as workers in construction are at some of the highest risk of suicide in the country, at 3.7 times higher than the national average.

Remember, no matter what you are going through, you are not alone. There is always someone available to support you.
