Please join us in welcoming our newest Architectural Technologist to jmarchitects! Amy started in our Edinburgh studio this week and with the help of the team is getting to know some of our exciting projects. We are excited to have her on board!
Let’s find out a bit more about our newest member of staff…
Who in the “community” do you follow and admire for their architectural ability and why?
“I admire a lot of Renzo Piano’s work – it is big and bold, and I admire that he doesn’t seem deterred by the location or challenges to create something completely unique and innovative.”
What skill has served you best in your career?
“The skill that has served me best in my career would have to be my inquisitive nature. I enjoy learning about new things and will ask any and all questions in order to understand the topic further and gain the best understanding I can in order to grasp the topic.”
Who’s your favourite band?
“Not a band sorry! But without exposing myself too much my top artists on Spotify are Elton John and Lewis Capaldi but generally anything 80s/90s.”
Welcome to jmarchitects, Amy!
