For Mental Health Awareness Week, the jmcare group have participated in an employee email campaign sharing tips and advice on how we can all improve our mental wellbeing at work and at home. The theme on the first day was ‘Connect’. After a long time of being ‘disconnected’ during the pandemic, the London studios interpretation of this was to reconnect with our colleagues and peers at work after such a long time of working from home.
On Thursday the London office all got together for a team lunch. It was really rewarding to get together and catch up and as a result we have decided to meet once a week in person for a working breakfast to help us all stay connected as a studio and therefore improving the Mental Wellbeing of all the staff here in London.
