We used the idea of mixing housing typologies from flats, single storey housing, semi detached and terraced housing to help create a strong sense of place and identity in a green field situation.

The site is dominated by difficult topography with a brief requesting good use of space, minimal but adequate infrastructure and with a very high demand for design quality in balancing all the technical and financial issues.
