
Africa House is a 1920s 10 storey Listed landmark building which has been transformed into one of Midtown’s finest office buildings. The 119,000 sq ft of reconstructed floor area offers Grade A office space certified to BREEAM Excellent and a unique combination of sympathetic restoration and striking contemporary style.
A number of specific environmental measures have been taken which include but are not limited to dedicated recycling areas, rainwater harvesting, biomass boiler supply ( >10% of the total energy building demand provided), energy efficient lighting and the use of recycled aggregates (>25% of total high grade aggregates usage).
