Phase 2 was fit out works including, internal and external stairs, internal partitions, wall and ceiling linings, fire protection to steel, internal doors, external screens/doors, fixtures & fittings and interior design.

The phase 2 works commenced on site on the 3rd of December with two of the blocks completing in August and subsequently tenanted by local charities. The remaining block known as “The Robertson Trust Conference Centre” (previously The French Barracks) is due to be complete by end of October.
