Work is progressing well on our residential development at St Andrew’s Drive, Pollokshields. The timber frame installation has been completed to the seven blocks that form Phase 2 of the development. Second fix plumbing, electrical and joinery works are progressing internally while facing brick and feature precast works are progressing externally. The timber frame installation for the first block of Phase 3, which runs along Maxwell Drive, has also commenced on site. When completed the project will provide 120 new homes managed by Southside Housing Association.
